Please review the reminders and updates below for this weekend at the 2018 WBA Championships.
1) We are closely monitoring the air quality in the Bakersfield and Delano areas. The 2018 WBA Championships is going to happen as scheduled. Reports have gotten better as the day has progressed and is projected to continue that trend, however tomorrow we consult again with all venue officials. We have the health and safety of all participants, staff, and fans at the forefront of all discussions and decisions and we are monitoring the situation closely and will communicate any updates promptly.
2) 4/5A Class Championships - RFK Stadium in Delano, CA
Truck and Bus Directions have been updated please follow new map - there is a road closed just north of the school that affects the previous map.
If you take the exit 57 and follow the detour signs those are NOT BUS AND TRUCK FRIENDLY, please follow this map and take the southern route in.
